Tiramisu is made with Sicily’s famous Marsala wine, coffee and egg custard.
Gelato recipe: 100gr Tiramisù, 1000gr White base mix (can add 150gr of Milk)
Pastry recipe: Tiramisù Cake: 90gr Tiramisù, 1000gr heavy cream, 250gr Milk, 150gr Pronto Crema Elenka, 100gr powdered sugar (Mount all in Planetary mixer).
