Vanilla is used to make Vanilla, Milk Cream and wild cherry mix-thru (Variegato Amarena) gelato flavours. Gelato recipe: 30gr Vanilla paste, 1000gr White base mix. Pastry recipe: 35gr Vanilla paste, 1000gr pastry or heavy cream. Used to flavour creams, custards, chantilly, mousse, semifreddi, biscotti and desserts
